Medline Scientific recently visited Christie Hospital in Withington along with one of our new partners, Trajan Scientific and Medical. Christie Hospital has one of the largest IHC labs in North-West England due to the hospital being a referral centre for breast tissue.
Accompanied by Trajan Product Specialist Azeem Hanif, our North-West & Midlands Territory Sales Manager Chris Roberts met the hospital’s Histology Lab Manager Karen Graham to talk about Trajan’s latest Series 2 and 3 microscope slides, which we have started distributing here at Medline.
As a result of this meeting, a partnership has been formed between the hospital, Medline, and Trajan to investigate the specialist application of these slides. This includes a non auto-fluorescing slide that does not pick up background stains, and a hydrophilic slide with a very strong covalent bond.
