All Classic models have fully sealed chambers manufactured from polished stainless. Corners are rounded for easy cleaning. The exterior is stainless steel with powder coat paint finish.
Gentle fan assisted air circulation ensures even temperature distribution throughout the chamber and fast temperature recovery after door opening.
The microprocessor temperature controller is easy to use and provides excellent temperature stability. Over and under temperature alarm limits can also be programmed.
