Description

The Yellow 12.7mm Phthalate Free PU ESD Gas Medical Hose (AGSS) is designed to reduce the risk of explosions from modern anaesthetic gases.

All the materials used are USP VI compliant.

Purpose: AGSS captures and safely removes excess or waste anaesthetic gases that escape from the patient’s breathing system or are released during anaesthesia administration.
Types: AGSS can be either active (using a vacuum pump) or passive (relying on the pressure from the anaesthesia machine).
Benefits: By eliminating these harmful gases, AGSS helps reduce exposure risks to medical staff and ensures a safer environment in healthcare settings.

Will not expose patients to any potentially harmful phthalate vapours
The material is designed to be used in areas that require static dissipation.
All the mating surfaces are made from ESD material with a surface resistivity of 1.1E11 Ω/Sq when tested to ASTMD 257.
This level is more than sufficient to prevent any risk promoting static build up
