Models CORIO CD-449F, DYNEO DD-449F, and MAGIO MS-449F from Julabo have been developed for improved energy efficiency. They also use natural refrigerant (R290).
These refrigerated and heating circulators (21 to 30 litre capacity) incorporate a speed-controlled compressor making them more energy efficient than their predecessors.
In operation: Once the required set point is achieved, the 449 circulators run in the partial load range. During this operating phase, the speed-controlled compressor comes into its own by improving operating efficiency and reducing energy consumption. For some applications, users can save up to 50% in energy usage.*
*Energy savings vary depending on the applications. During partial load range operation, the system is 25 to 50% more efficient than a conventional refrigerated circulator.

Traditionally, tap water was used in many applications for cooling. Recirculating cooler and chillers provide an environmentally-friendly alternative to cooling with tap water. Water is recirculated in a closed system rather than flowing directly down the drain. Additionally, they provide constant and repeatable parameters such as flow rate, pressure and temperature.
Julabo’s F Series are ideal for basic cooling tasks. They offer easy operation in a small footprint. Due to their efficiency, the F Series coolers are an economic and environmentally-friendly alternative to cooling with tap water. Low acquisition costs mean that they can pay for themselves within a very short time.*
Three models are available to suit different application demands: F250, F500 and F1000.
